Tuesday, October 1st: We are sending home a notice this afternoon to parents/guardians who signed flu consents. Students will be vaccinated here at school by the Bartow County Health Department Wednesday, October 9th.
This form is only going home with the students who turned in the orange, flu consent that was sent home in 1st day packets.
In order for your student to receive the flu vaccine, the form must be delivered to students' homeroom teachers or our nurse by this Friday, October 4th. If you have any questions, please call our nurse at 770-606-5865.
